Rental Cabin Policy

CHECK OUT TIME IS AT 10:00 AM IF YOU ARE PLANNING ON A LATE ARRIVAL, PLEASE NOTIFY OUR OFFICE DURING BUSINESS HOURS SO THAT WE CAN MAKE ARRANGEMENTS TO PICK UP YOUR KEY. |
| 1. We have a two night minimum stay and three night minimum on Holidays and during the month of October. 2. A one night deposit is required at time of reservation. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Money Order, Cashiers Check, and Personal Check. When paying with Personal Check, Money Order, Cashiers Check, it must be presented 14 days prior to the date of your arrival. Once the payment is received, you will receive confirmation of your reservation. 3. At the time of check in, only Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Money Order, Cashiers Check, or Travelers Checks are accepted to pay remaining Balance. NO PERSONAL CHECKS will be accepted at time of check in. 4. NO RENTALS will be permitted to ANYONE UNDER 21 YEARS OF AGE. Identification must be presented at time of check in. Anyone under 21 will forfeit the deposit. 5. Each rental home is priced according to size and maximum sleeping capacity. Children twelve (12) years of age and under stay free. Each additional person over the age of twelve is $10.00 per person, per night. Any violation of this policy will result in eviction of the entire party without refund. Please respect the maximum number of people each rental cabin will accommodate. 6. If your reservation is cancelled thirty (30) days or more prior to arrival, a partial refund will be made. If your reservation is cancelled less than thirty (30) days prior to arrival, no refund will be made. 7. Little River Realty cannot be held responsible for the weather. In case of early departure, there will be no refunds given. 8. NO HOUSE PARTIES are permitted. 9. All cabins are NON SMOKING. 10. NO PETS ALLOWED. 11. All linens including bed linens, blankets, towels, wash cloths, and hand towels are furnished. Disposable items, such as toilet paper, and paper towels are furnished for your arrival only. 12. Firewood, but not fire starters or kindling is provided during the winter months for cabins with wood burning fireplaces. 13. Local telephone calls are free. Long distance calls may be made using a calling card, credit card, or by calling collect. 14. The person renting the cabin will assume responsibility for the cabin while staying there. A complete inventory is taken after each stay. Any damaged or missing items may be charged to the renter’s credit card. 15. Upon your departure, our housekeeping staff will clean your cabin. This is included in your rental fee. We ask that you leave the kitchen clean, put the dishes in the dishwasher, collect all trash and put it in garbage bags, and put all dirty linens in basket provided. Please lock all windows and doors and return the keys to our office. |
